This is why having an experienced and qualified personal trainer as a tool to help you obtain this balance is essential.

Here at fitness junkie we work with an exclusive number of clients, in order to ensure that we give the best possible service and get the results that you really want. It’s not a simple case of one size fits all, our training is completely individual because we are all different. 
This will start with a health & fitness assessment and consultation, from this you will receive full body stats and be able to see your strengths and weaknesses, we will then construct a program designed to meet your needs and break down your sessions in order to achieve your goals, whilst also looking into maintaining a healthy balanced diet. We also encourage our clients to train outdoors and concentrate on functional exercise.
