What does it entail?
First of all you have a consultation to talk about aims and goals, this includes a full body stat analysis, postural analysis and some fitness tests. From this you’ll receive the following information Body Fat %, Blood Pressure, Your Metabolic Rate, Water Content, BMI, Lung Capacity and an insight to your posture. 
Then a program is specifically designed to meet YOUR needs and aid you to achieve YOUR goal’s, this will be broken down into stages and will evolve with you as you train. 

What do I need to do?
All you need to do is be in the right place at the right time with the will to succeed. This may be at home, the gym or in the park.
