Hydration Tip...

Your body has a high water content, therefore you need to drink water regularly. Coffee, tea, alcohol and coke are no substitute. A good method of ensuring that you intake the correct amount of water is by using the following formula:
Divide your body weight (kg’s) by 30

This will give you how many litres of water you should intake daily, for example a 80 kg person will need to drink 2.66 litres of water a day.
